These will allow clients to intensify their training, supplement usual practical sessions with a range of other lifestyle services and address personal health and fitness concerns. The course will offer a fully personalised programme put together for each client following an in depth consultation.

The programme involves a dedicated 5 day intensive with Kevin who is optimally qualified to provide coaching, support, information and guidance over the broad range of fitness and health topics included in the programme. There's plenty of practical sessions too, putting all the learning into action in focus sessions throughout the week.
