Fish and eyes
A Harvard study of 200,000 people makes clear that eating fish regularly can really save your eyes. Those good omega fats again, found partly in oily fish can reduce the risk of age related macular degeneration by almost 50%- this is the most common form of blindness in the over 50s. Eat your fish (good quality of course)- not just brain food after all.
